END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT — "MAIL GROUPS" PLESK EXTENSION

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you
(either an individual or a single legal entity, "You") and Ege Hosting ("Vendor",
"we", "us") for the Plesk extension known as "Mail Groups", including its
software, associated media, and documentation (collectively, the "Software").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, You agree to be bound by
the terms of this Agreement. If You do not agree, do not install or use the
Software.


1. LICENSE GRANT

1.1. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Vendor grants You a
non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on Plesk
servers that You own or operate.

1.2. The Software is offered in three tiers:
     (a) Free — usable at no charge, limited to one distribution group with up to
         two members per server.
     (b) Pro — unlocked by a valid license key; removes the group and member
         limits on a single server.
     (c) Max — unlocked by a valid license key; includes all Pro functionality
         and additionally enables domain-owner self-service on a single server.

1.3. Pro and Max license keys are issued per server and are validated offline.
Each purchased key authorizes use on the number of servers stated at the time of
purchase.


2. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS

You shall not, and shall not permit any third party to:
2.1. resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute license keys except as
     expressly authorized in writing by the Vendor;
2.2. reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the
     extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
2.3. remove or alter any proprietary notices contained in the Software;
2.4. circumvent or tamper with the license-validation mechanism.


3. OWNERSHIP

The Software is licensed, not sold. The Vendor retains all right, title, and
interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This
Agreement does not grant You any rights to trademarks or service marks of the
Vendor.


4. FEES AND PAYMENT

Pro and Max licenses are sold from the Vendor's website. Unless stated otherwise
at the point of sale, license fees are one-time and per server. The Free tier is
provided at no charge.


5. UPDATES

5.1. The Software may check the Vendor's server over HTTPS to determine whether a
newer version is available. This check transmits no personal data; see the
Privacy Policy for details.

5.2. The Software never downloads or installs updates automatically. Updates are
applied only when You choose to perform them.


6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU
ASSUME THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE.


7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE VENDOR BE
LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES,
OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF
OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
DAMAGES. THE VENDOR'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT
EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APPLICABLE LICENSE.


8. TERMINATION

This Agreement is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if You
breach any of its terms. Upon termination, You must cease all use of the Software
and remove it from Your servers. Sections 3, 6, 7, and 9 survive termination.


9. GENERAL

9.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without
regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

9.2. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, the remaining
provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

9.3. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You and the Vendor
regarding the Software and supersedes all prior understandings.
